Do all purchases include a tracking code?

Yes. Every order placed with Loja Bella Sian includes a tracking number that allows you to monitor your parcel’s journey.

When will I receive my tracking code?

Your tracking code will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout within 3 business days after the order is processed.

If you have not received your tracking code after this period, please contact us at sac@bellasian.com with your order number.

My tracking code is not showing any updates. What should I do?

It is normal for tracking updates to pause for a short period, especially while your parcel is in transit between countries or awaiting customs clearance by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

Do not worry — your order is on its way. The tracking information will be updated once the parcel resumes movement in the delivery network.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If the courier (such as Royal Mail) attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the parcel, a card or notice will usually be left. This will provide instructions for redelivery or for collecting your parcel from the nearest delivery office or collection point.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, customs duties are generally not applied. However, international orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or handling charges imposed by HMRC or local authorities. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
