Estimated Delivery Timeframe
The average estimated delivery time for our products is 7 to 15 business days. Please note that variations may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as delays with Royal Mail, inspections by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), or strikes. Other unforeseen circumstances may also affect delivery times.
Tracking Information
All purchases include a tracking code that will be sent to the customer’s email within 5 business days of the order being processed. This code allows you to monitor the shipment from the point of dispatch until arrival at your delivery address.
Delivery Carriers
Deliveries are carried out primarily by Royal Mail or other reliable courier services. In certain cases—such as the absence of the recipient, delivery restrictions in specific regions, or failed delivery attempts—the courier may leave a notice instructing the customer to collect the parcel from the nearest post office or designated collection point.
Delivery Success Rate
Based on our experience, approximately 85% of products are delivered within 15 business days of being dispatched.
Customer Responsibility for Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Address changes are not possible after 24 hours from the order confirmation, and cancellations are also not permitted beyond this period.
If a product is returned to the sender due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the responsibility will rest with the customer. Should the product be returned to the sender abroad, the delivery timeframe will be recalculated from the date the reshipment is confirmed.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, please note that the customer may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or handling fees applied by HMRC or local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be settled directly with the relevant authorities.
