At Bella Sian, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
To ensure a smooth process, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product must not show any signs of use, wear, or consumption.
The product must be returned with all labels, manuals, and accessories included.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as intimate apparel, cosmetics, or personal care items) cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have the right to return items that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. However, returns due to a change of mind regarding colour, size, or model are not mandatory for the retailer unless agreed as a goodwill gesture.
Important: Returns will not be accepted if the conditions above are not respected.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to sac@bellasian.com including the following details:
Product name;
Order number;
Email address used for the purchase;
Reason for return or exchange;
A short video or photo showing the defect (if applicable).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
The refund will cover the product value and original shipping cost if the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If the return is due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address), shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
